• Experience in recruitment, training & development
• Facilitate the entire recruitment process which includes sourcing of candidates through recruitment websites/job boards and arranging/conducting interviews with hiring managers
• Attend relevant recruitment events to solicit interest from external talent pools
• Conduct reference verifications of candidates, communicate and negotiate employment offers
• Creatively source new talent though other available platforms and channels to increase talent pool
• Propose new recruiting plans to creatively source new talent to increase our talent pool outreach
• Assist in onboarding and off boarding
• Performance management and engagement.
