Reporting to Head, HR Operations, this position will execute human resources plans and activities in the chemical plant to ensure smooth and effective services delivery to the employees.
Responsibilities:
- Support onboarding, recruitment, exit processes, pass administration and Annual Health Screening.
- Process and verify monthly payroll activities for employees in the chemical plant and ensure that payments are delivered on time made
- Maintain employee data for new joiners, leavers, salary adjustments and allowance/deductions, employee movements and cost center changes
- Liaise with payroll vendor to ensure proper documentation for all advices given on payroll matters and verify payroll cost reports
- Ensure prompt and accurate tax clearance for resignees and yearly tax declaration
- Provide timely advice to employees' queries
- Organise periodical employee communication sessions
- Execute the administration of the HR policies, procedures and programs
- Organise and implement programmes and activities that promote employee engagement
- Update and prepare HR monthly reports
- Participate in the WSH committee
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Polytechnic Diploma in Business or Human Resource
- Minimum 5 years of HR and payroll with shift work and overtime computation experience
- Knowledge of Singapore labour laws and employment regulations
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in HRiQ system
- Willing to work in Jurong Island
