As an HR intern, you'll be immersed in diverse aspects of human resources, from data analytics to
recruitment and employee engagement. This role provides a perfect balance of structured learning and practical application, allowing you to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world HR challenges. Job Responsibilities
- Support the HR data retention project to ensure compliance with group data retention requirements.
- Assist in the Top Employer Certification 2026 process by preparing and submitting necessary documentation.
- Contribute to the graduate recruitment process through candidate screening, interview organization, and participation in campus recruitment events.
- Support the overall recruiting process by posting job openings, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Collect, analyze and interpret HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement and KPI tracking.
- Assist with statutory reporting requirements and documentation.
- Help organize and implement employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Handle additional ad-hoc HR duties as assigned by the team.
Job Qualifications
- A recognised diploma/degree with focus on Business or Human Resource Management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, multi-tasking and with an eye for details.
- Keen interest in working on HR legislation, policies and procedures.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
