Responsibilities

• To assist and implement and support organization learning and development strategy
• To focus on leadership, talent management and building up corporate culture/ image
• To oversee global projects in area of learning and development
• In charge of cultural transformation, software implementation and on-boarding initiatives
• Support global initiatives in APAC region
• Plan and organizing training courses through external vendors
• Continuous monitoring of quality and effectiveness of implemented measures.
• Contact person for managers, employees and People & Culture for all questions relating to personnel development

Requirements

• Min degree with min 4 years of relevant experience
• Willing to travel quarterly in APAC region
• Able to work as team and in a single contributor role

Location

• Central
• 5 days week -Office hours
