* Design, update and implement HR Strategies, policies and procedures
* Provide advise and consultations to business units regarding employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, retention, and coaching
* Oversee employee transitions from recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, training & development and off-boarding
* Develop programs and practices to attract and retain talents
