- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with Group's objectives and legal requirements.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluation, and employee development plans.
- Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, HRIS, and payroll systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and employment standards.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR, providing recommendations for improvements and implementing innovative HR strategies.
- Collaborate with management to develop workforce planning strategies, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and retention.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures effectively.
