Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, resume screening, interviews, assessments, and offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and descriptions.
• Create candidate pipelines from job boards, social media, networks, and industry platforms.
• Ensure smooth onboarding with offer letters, work pass applications, and medical check-ups.
• Performing full spectrum of payroll and tax reporting are in compliant with the local governmental requirements and regulations.
• Prepare payroll-related reports.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in HR Operations.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
• Meticulous and able to multi-task effectively.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working Location: Jurong East.
