HR Payroll and Tax Operations Coordinator
The objective of the role is to set up business continuous workflow/plans and involve in payroll and tax compliance activities in accordance with operating procedures, policies, and guidelines.
The role is part of the HR Service Team and reporting to Payroll and Tax Team Lead / HRS People Experience & Operations Manager.
Overall Job Responsibilities
- To set up the business continuous workflow / plans for payroll and tax.
- To review the payroll and tax process to ensure we are accordance to policies / guidelines and audits.
- Serves as a back up to Payroll and Tax Executive.
Payroll and Personal Income Tax
- Involve in part of the end-to-end payroll/tax process for an organisation with a headcount of 700 or more.
- Highlight and recommend improvements and solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Responsible for the security and confidentiality of sensitive data that will be handled
- Responsible audit requirements are met both internal and external
- Drives change and contributes to a culture of continuous improvement
- Accountable to meet all SLAs and KPIs
- Other task that may be assigned from time to time
