- Establish change impact assessment
Responsibilities
- Reporting to Head of HR- To assess plan organisational change and integration
- Establish the change impact assessment, leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement and communication strategy and plan
- Assess learning strategy , behaviour change and assess effectiveness
- Maintain close tactical engagement with business leaders, change champions to ensure seamless transition to change and organizational-wide successful implementation of change and integration initiatives.
- May to task to head transformation projects
Requirements
- Good communicator and able to work with all levels of people
- Innovative and able to think critically
- Experiences in implementing changes and transformation projects
- Experiences in logistics , engineering industry will be an advantage
Location
- Central / West
- 5 days week
