Responsibilities

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle - Assist in maintaining job boards, Maintain job descriptions , Conduct background checks
• Assist with salary benchmarking reports and annual data submission
• Responsible for job postings for recruitment sites
• Maintain recruitment contracts and invoices with job boards, vendors, and agencies
• Responsible for all recruitment content management social networking sites
• Post to job boards and social media sites (ex: Post to Twitter and Linked In)
• Schedule college career fairs for recruiters and hiring managers
• Schedule phone screens and in-person interviews for recruiters and hiring managers
• Obtain any invoices, travel reimbursement information, and approvals

Requirements

• Inhouse recruitment experiences of at least 1 year
• Good track record in in-house recruitment
• Experiences in any industry is welcome

Location

• CBD
• 5 days week -Office hours
