Job description:
- Provide full spectrum of HR function including recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, employee retention, compensation and benefit, payroll, and exits
- Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract new talents and increase talent pool size
- Update and implement HR policies and strategies
- Ensure that HR strategies are aligned with company's business objectives
- Support in annual salary review exercise and appraisal process
- Handle grievances and disciplinary issues of employees
- Prepare, consolidate and submit HR reports to management
- Oversee the analysis and administration of the company's training needs
- Provide advice and coach managers on all HR-related matters
- Ensure payroll is being processed timely and accurately
- Assist in planning and organizing employment engagement activities
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 6 years of relevant HR experience with minimum 2 years in a leadership role
- Good understanding of local employment law
- Proven track record of talent acquisition and management
