Job description:

  • Provide full spectrum of HR function including recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, employee retention, compensation and benefit, payroll, and exits
  • Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract new talents and increase talent pool size
  • Update and implement HR policies and strategies
  • Ensure that HR strategies are aligned with company's business objectives
  • Support in annual salary review exercise and appraisal process
  • Handle grievances and disciplinary issues of employees
  • Prepare, consolidate and submit HR reports to management
  • Oversee the analysis and administration of the company's training needs
  • Provide advice and coach managers on all HR-related matters
  • Ensure payroll is being processed timely and accurately
  • Assist in planning and organizing employment engagement activities


  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 6 years of relevant HR experience with minimum 2 years in a leadership role
  • Good understanding of local employment law
  • Proven track record of talent acquisition and management
