Role Summary
Provide sales and administrative support to Sales department in managing the daily sales operational activities, covering full spectrum of sales administration, customer service, Import and Export management with factories and distributors, sales and marketing support to sales team.

Job Description

  • Liaise with customers on sales, admin, logistics issues
  • Execute all sales activities starting from preparing sales orders for customer and follow up on sales order and ensuring timely delivery of the goods from factory and timely shipping and invoicing to customers.
  • Update and monitor daily the Sales data system to support the Sales team in weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecast exercises.
  • Provide and support the daily administration to the Sales Director.
  • Participate in sales and marketing activities as administrative support to the team.
  • To coordinate with Operations team for all activities in AR/AP management of the customers/suppliers and provide administrative support where required.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Business or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in sales administration and coordination.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable in travelling to Jalan Buroh.
  • Remuneration Package: UP to SGD4, 500 + AWS + VB
