Responsibilities:

• Responsible for mapping the requirements of Clients to support the Search Consultants

Generate candidates via:

• Advertising
• Online research
• Job Board
• Direct Candidate approach
• To accurately identify motivations for change, deal breakers and manageable drivers relating to career change
• Liaise directly with stakeholders on scheduling agendas

Requirements:

• Tertiary education in any relevant industries
• Prior recruitment experience in a recruitment outfit is preferred but not compulsory
• Proven ability to deliver and achieve KPIs in a fast paced, dynamic and changing environment
