Junior HR Coordinator, Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview arrangements via Microsoft Teams or Zoom for the HR Director.
- Conduct initial outreach to candidates through phone calls.
- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across various platforms.
- Review and filter incoming resumes to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Support the team in scheduling and conducting interviews for junior-level roles.
- Perform administrative and operational tasks related to recruitment processes.
- Assist in any other HR-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum ITE or Diploma qualification; undergraduates are welcome to apply.
- Prior internship or work experience in HR or recruitment
- Excellent coordination, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proactive, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Fast learner with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills and professionalism when liaising with candidates and stakeholders.
