Responsibilities:

• Develop learning content, with a focus on eLearning and digital learning assets in the technology domain, using eLearning authoring tool Articulate
• Operationalise learning programmes, providing support for communication of the courses offered through updating of course catalogue, following up on course registration and confirmation, tracking attendance/completion and gathering feedback.
• Track improvement actions from feedback and follow through till closure.
• Produce regular reports on learning metric and achievements using standard MS Office tools, providing analysis of learning insights for decision making.
• Perform other administrative duties as necessary to support business objectives, such as invoice payment and cross charging, PowerPoint slides creation, coordination of training activities and marketing effectiveness measurement etc.
• Work with HR and vendor to provide required training programmes for internal staff development
• Assist in facilitating lunch and learn sharing for internal staff

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Communications, Design or any related disciple
• Ability to create learning content in technology domains (content will be provided by subject matter experts)
• 3-4 years working experience in HR and training in an IT environment is good to have
• Excellent writing ability required; journalism, copy writing, technical writing or instructional design skills / experience
• Experience in Articulate and other eLearning authoring tools
• Creativity in designing (e.g. collaterals, brochures and presentation materials) is advantageous
