Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Perform post-acceptance technical verification for all banking facilities to ensure complete documentation prior to activation
• Perform signature verification on accepted Letter of Offer/Variation/Notification and in-house security documents
• Prepare Letters of Appointment of Law Firms, appoint and follow-up with valuer to conduct property valuation
• Prepare insurance template to Insurer for blanket insurance coverage
• Prepare instruction forms to CCU relating to Revision of Facilities / Release of Security documents from Safekeeping

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any related discipline
• Proficiency in MS Office application
• Knowledge in corporate loan products is good to have
• Experience in preparing letter of Appointment, insurance template, etc
