LOGISTICS ASSISTANT - PART-TIME
Work Location : Ubi Avenue

1. Processing Incoming Goods:
o Unloading and unpacking goods from delivery vehicles.
o Scanning, Sorting, and organizing goods based on characteristics and Job Number
o Placing them in the appropriate warehouse section for storage.

2. Inspecting and Verifying Items:
o Ensuring that the correct goods, in the right quantities, have arrived.
o Checking for any damages or discrepancies.

3. Packing and Preparing Orders:
o Consolidating and preparing products for customer orders.
o Ensuring accurate packaging and labelling for shipment.

4. Loading Delivery Vans:
o Ensuring shipments match the delivery schedule.
o Safely loading goods onto delivery vehicles.

5. Maintaining Records:
o Keeping accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
o Incoming Shipment - Hand over the signed DOs to Project Coordinators.
o Outgoing Shipment - Inform Project Coordinators to prepare DO prior to handing over of shipment.

6. Safety and Diligence:
o Handling goods safely and following proper procedures.
o Operating machinery (such as pallet jack) with care.
o Always maintain cleanliness of warehouse
