Job Summary

• Create purchase order, work order, and engineering document waiver etc for admin support.
• Monitor and collaborate with vendors the purchase orders delivery on schedule.
• Follow up on past due purchase order and collaborate with vendors for recovery.
• Support and assist admin work assign.

SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

Health & Safety

• Comply to company Health & Safety procedures.
• Ensure correct PPE is applied when enter into shop.
• Comply to OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001.
• Ensure packing perform by vendor on materials is on safety and proper requirement.

Operational

• Ensure work done is in accordance to ISO 9001.
• Ensure all sub con component delivery on time to plant.
• Ensure all sub con components that deliver, and collection are fully protected.
• Ensure all the sub con materials collect and deliver to vendor on time.
• Ensure all sub con operation in jobs to close on time.
• Ensure accuracy of purchase order delivery date in system.

Personnel

• Ensure Safety and PPE first.
• Set priority to vendor on sub out parts.
• Work closely with Planner Supervisor on priority job.
• Work closely with Inspector on priority parts received.
• Work closely with Logistic on priority sub con parts delivery and collection.

Requirements

• ITC or Diploma qualified
• Min 1 -2 years' experience in oil and gas industry especially in planning/buying activity
