Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the full spectrum of marketing and administrative function
- Source and liaise with designers/suppliers on marketing materials e.g. shop signage, brochure, merchandises
- Work with translation agency for localized materials and check on translated materials
- Work with design agency to ensure artwork of marketing materials are according to company's guidelines
- Do simple layout for design jobs
- Consolidate and evaluate event survey results
- Manage the marketing merchandises in office and warehouse.
- Layout of quarterly e-newsletters
- Manage and evaluate digital marketing content
Job Requirements
- Singapore Citizen
- Polytechnic Diploma
- Preferably some working experience as a marketing intern
- High interest in B2B environment
- Creative and able to think out of the box
- Possess good communication skills
- Basic knowledge on Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and basic understanding of digital marketing concepts will be highly advantageous
- Ability to work independently and also in a team
