  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Assist with general HR administrative work
  • Overview payment process and bank transactions
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the management or team
  • Able to liaise with external vendors such as booking, payroll, HR, accounting, etc.
  • Manage general correspondences (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Assist in event planning and marketing related tasks
  • Support office management for the wellbeing of employees
  • Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment, to ensure smooth office operations
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Efficient communication with international headquarter


  • Minimum Diploma in Business/Secretarial studies with Private Secretarial Certification or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and meticulous in travel management
  • Excellent priority management and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and office management software
