Principle Accountabilities:
You will assist in managing daily operational risk (including its identification, assessment, mitigation, and control), loss identification and reporting to safeguard the Bank from potential loss.

  • Perform and monitor all operational processing including checking of daily exception reports and ensure that all transactions are processed and completed and properly authorized within set limits and value conditions

  • Ensure service level agreements with business are consistently met and customer service levels are of a continuously high standard in compliance to Group procedures

  • Assist in collating data and providing management information, statistics, and reports

  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of MIS reports

  • Conduct investigations/ gather information so that timely responses to customers' requests and instructions are addressed and reported to relevant parties

  • Adhere to operational guidelines and compliance requirements and ensure all operational activities are in strict compliance with audit and statutory guidelines



Skills/ Attributes:

  • Degree in Business/Finance or related discipline, with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in Wealth and Banking operations

  • Meticulous with a keen eye for detail

  • An effective team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, and professionalism

  • Able to cope with fast-paced environment, pressure, and tight deadlines

  • Able to work independently and manage projects related to Wealth operations

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Have some knowledge in the end-to-end processing of Unit Trusts, structured products, Bonds & Equities
