- Investigate and resolve customer remittances queries in accordance with the established service level agreement and payment guidelines.
- Work with business units, agent banks/correspondent banks to resolve remittance queries.
- Process failed remittances in accordance with the procedures.
- Other ad hoc tasks assign by Team Manager.
- Diploma or Degree in any related field
- With 1 - 3 years of working background in a banking operations environment, with a related experience in payments.
- Possess excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of intermediate level Excel functions (VLookUp, Pivot table)
- Good verbal and written communication skill.
- Able to work well in a team.
