• To handle the manpower planning to meet swab operations manpower requirements and proper utlisation of manpower resources to meet organisational objectives
• To oversees development of manpower; such as planning, monitoring of performance, staff engagement,
• Development of programmes, in swab operations to improve productivity and efficiency
• Oversee the planning and execution swab operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy
• Oversee the procurement and logistical processes to ensure efficiency of business procedures
• Build trusting relationships with key stakeholders in the community e.g. customers, community leaders.
• Oversee the development and execution of strategies to identify new partners and engagement of existing partners.

Requirements

• Proven track record of establishing and building good customer and stakeholder relationships at various levels.
• Proven track record of effective planning, control and monitoring of budgets, manpower, corporate and clinical governance.
• Willing to take on this 1 year contract role and contribute to public service in Singapore
