Job Description
- Provide administrative and logistics support for HR activities/programs
- Provide administrative support for onboarding and offboarding of employees, and employee documentation
- Maintain employee's personal records, personal files and other related filing
- Analyze employee survey results and summarize trends, insights and improvement opportunities
- Any other general administrative duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor
Job Requirement
- At least 2 years of experience in HR administration
- Good ability to work with Microsoft programs (Excel, Words, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Good analytical skills especially with data and numbers
- Highly motivated team player who is adaptable, mature, meticulous, self-driven and customer-service oriented
- Good organization skills with ability to prioritize important projects
- Maintain data confidentiality

- Location: The Metropolis. Nearest MRT: Buona Vista MRT
- Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm pm
- Commencement Date: Immediate
