Our client is an US company with main focus in healthcare and pharmaceutical products.

Job Scope:

• Assist in spend data analysis, clean and update current data report with guidance and instructions
• Support procurement related activities, such as purchasing process from inquiries to quotation or RFP/RFQ evaluation to Purchase Requisition or PO approvals with guidance, and Vendor creation process evaluation and approvals with guidance.
• Procurement administration work, such as reply to daily stakeholder general inquiries or complaints, and provide proper compliance guidance, Vendor communication and discussion when applicable.
• Procurement projects simple coordination with guidance and support from procurement & category managers.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree major in Supply Chain, Procurement, purchasing with at least 1-2 years of procurement experience
• Training will be provided
• Good knowledge of Excel

Additional Information:

• Salary - S$2600 per month
• Contract duration: 12-month contract
• Commencement Date: Immediate
• Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Location: Bugis, DUO Tower
