Job Responsibilities :
- Provide admin support & sales support to operation, project and sales team
- Admin support - Data entry, processing information, preparation and submission of invoices, filing, maintain project files, assist for BCA submission
- Sales Support - Analyze project costing/materials, obtain information for project, delivery arrangement, raise purchase requisition & purchase order
- Liaise with internal and external parties to support project progression, such as logistic, purchasing, contractors, vendors and etc
- Answering phone calls & emails, from customers/suppliers
Job Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Project Admin/Sales Admin, or relevant fields
- Minimum GCE O Level
- Comfortable to work OT
- Willing to learn and positive working attitude
- PC literate.
Other Information :
- Working hours: Office hour, (Mon - Fri)
- Basic up to $2900 + Variable bonus
