Job Scope:
- Handling of customer enquiries and printing of order
- To process Customer Purchase Orders via the various system and ensure all data are entered correctly (NICE, NDS & SAP)
- Co-ordinating with internal customer (Sales, Planning, Technical and Logistic)
- Liaise with Logistic department to arrange the goods to deliver on time, and in right quantity and location.
- Ensure work orders are correct prior to processing to avoid double orders
- Liaise with Sales Manager for contract issue (Contract Expired and Tonnage Exceeded)
- Other administrative roles not limited to printing of works orders, uploading of files into system for planning to process orders, co-ordination of drawing and sketching to Technical team
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE "N" Level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills
- Good interpersonal skills & meticulous able to multi-task
- May need to travel to construction sites when necessary
- Able to work on Saturday
Additional Information:
- Salary - S$2.4K per month
- Contract duration: 12-month contract
- Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 8.00am to 5.33pm. Overtime rate on Saturday
- Location: Tanjong Kling Road, S628048 (transport provided at subsidized rate)
