Scope:

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to successfully gather and complete procurement templates and process
• Assist product manager in managing projects in line with project plans; gathering appropriate documentations and sign-offs, regular status reporting etc.
• Drive working group to support prioritization of work and drive through requirements/design deliverables
• Attend project meetings with IT and business stakeholders
• Record and keep track of requirements and changes
• Coordinating across multiple stakeholders
• Assist product manager in reviewing and implementation of new webpages
• Provide support for testing of solutions and user acceptance tests to ensure quality of new solutions
• Release management and planning
• Assist product manager with campaign fulfillments, tracking and MI reporting

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree holder with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Experience working in a financial services or banking industry is good to have
• Experience in managing projects end-to-end and knowledge of the project life cycle
• Ability to keep track of project status and all the details, and be able to provide information upon demand
• Ability to engage with business stakeholders effectively
• Ability to solve problems and analyze an issue/situation/opportunity
