Role & Responsibilities:
- Represent the project to communicate with the Clients for resourcing needs and project requirements
- Work with internal stakeholders to determine the project hiring needs based on the project requirements in order to fulfil the project commitments
- Manage onshore and offshore staff strength for resource forecasting and onboarding and offboarding process
- Responsible for initial screening and interview of profiles from various recruitment channels
- Support projects by tracking and managing project management office activities
- Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables

Qualifications and experience:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Solid project resourcing background and the ability to understand technical jargons
- Proven experience in high volume hiring and closures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle communication at different levels and diverse population
- Experience in working closely with clients providing required services
- Contract: 12 months (renewable/convertible after performance review)
