Role & Responsibilities:

• Represent the project to communicate with the Clients for resourcing needs and project requirements
• Work with internal stakeholders to determine the project hiring needs based on the project requirements in order to fulfil the project commitments
• Manage onshore and offshore staff strength for resource forecasting and onboarding and offboarding process
• Responsible for initial screening and interview of profiles from various recruitment channels
• Support projects by tracking and managing project management office activities
• Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables

Qualifications and experience:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Solid project resourcing background and the ability to understand technical jargons
• Proven experience in high volume hiring and closures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle communication at different levels and diverse population
• Experience in working closely with clients providing required services
• Contract: 12 months (renewable/convertible after performance review)
