Up to $2.5K/Property Executive/Immediate/1-yr contract
Our client is a well-known MNC that specializes in Facilities Services. We are actively looking out for an individual who are customer service oriented and enjoy interacting with people from all walks of life to join their team as Property Admin.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare & check all the monthly service report that was done by the Contractor before submitting to Manager for verification
  • Call for quotation for any star rate items that required by client
  • Ensure that the contractor cover all the servicing items as scheduled
  • Ensure all the M&E System are in operational condition and shall rectified & report to Manager of any abnormality
  • Review the proposal given by the contractor of any fault or defects highlighted after their servicing
  • Arrange meeting with Client, Contractor & Tenants (if required) for planning, of shutting down the system, and do site surveys, check for any impacts occur during the cause of work
  • Assist Manager on A&A plan submission by tenants
  • Work closely with Manager in addressing tenants maintenance feedbacks and ensure all feedbacks are dealt with promptly
  • Ensure all fault cases are promptly follow up and closed in the FEMS
  • Management of contractors (building, pest control, cleaning, plumbing & sanitary, carpark) to uphold the maintenance of the common area
  • Handling of feedbacks and complaints from tenants
  • Liaising with contractors for building defects and ensure that the repair works are being carried out and updated Client upon the completion of the works and ensure that Client is satisfied with the job done
  • Supervision of contractors and ensure that daily operations are going smoothly
  • Ensure that the vacant units are readily good for viewing for prospective tenants
  • Preparation of monthly reports for clients
  • Ensure all fault cases are promptly follow up and closed in the FEMS
  • Work closely with Manager in addressing tenants maintenance feedbacks and ensure all feedbacks are dealt with promptly



Job Requirements

  • Relevant diploma for facilities management and Building related certificate with at least 1 year of relevant working experience in customer service role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft outlook, Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Customer Oriented, Bubbly, Cheerful, Well-presented, Meticulous
  • Training will be provided.


Additional Information:

  • Working Location: One-North MRT
  • Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Mondays to Fridays and 8.30am to 12.30pm (alternate Saturdays)
