Job Responsibilities :
- Prepare, update, review, and send PO to suppliers & vendors.
- Organize and coordinate procurement activities for supplier, material and equipment.
- Logistic arrangement and manage supplier delivery schedules.
- Tally supplier invoice & delivery orders/service report against purchases orders.
- Prepare of monthly PO report, data entry, paperwork and documents filling.
- Assist enquiry via phone call or emails.
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum GCE O Level
- Comfortable to work OT
- Willing to learn and positive working attitude
- PC literate.
Other Information :
- Working hrs: Office hour, (Mon - Fri)
- Location : Bukit Merah
- Basic up to $2600 + OT + variable bonus
