Job Description:
a) Perform reception duties such as, answering, screening and redirecting all incoming calls to respective personnel.
b) Receiving guests / visitors in polite and courteous manner, including serving drinks.
c) Perform general administrative work such as filing, photocopying, dispatching and accepting registered mails and courier services (Fedex).
d) Responsible for inventory control of office stationeries and pantry supplies, printing of name cards etc.
e) Support company events or activities including organizing, coordinating or liaising with venue operators as well as logistical arrangements
f) Maintain and update Outlook Calendar for meeting room bookings, staff movements, pool car booking etc.
g) Assist in flight bookings for staff business trips
h) Attend to some of the director supervisor duties during her absence from the office
l) Assist in other ad-hoc duties as and when required

Minimum Requirements:
a) Min. 2-3 years relevant working experience
b) Positive attitude with cheerful and approachable personality
c) Good communication skills
d) Proficient in Microsoft Office.
e) Proactive and willingness to learn.
f) Minimum ITE Certificate
g) Must be able to commit this assignment (3 months period)

Other Information:
a) 5-day work week. Working hours from 9am to 5.30pm.
b) Work location at Shenton Way
c) Salary Range: Attractive salary ($2.8K to $3.0K)
d) Commencement date: Able to start work immediately or at short notice
