Up to $2.5k/Receptionist/5-6 months maternity coverage/5-day work
Our Client, a well-established International Company for the Metals and Mineral Resources Trading business, is looking for a dedicated individual to be part of their team as a Receptionist.

Job Description

  • Attend to guests in professional and friendly manner
  • Calendar & Room Bookings management
  • Handle mails and courier arrangement on daily basis
  • Invoice management
  • Manage pantry ordering and coffee machine
  • Company driver and vehicle management
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative duties



Job Requirements

  • GCE 'O' Level with at least 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Good Communication & Interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and Independent Team Player
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications



Additional Information:

  • Working Location: Central (Promenade MRT)
  • Working Hours: 8:15am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
