Job Scope:

• Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key technical talents of all levels
• Innovative in sourcing strategies
• Sourcing, screening and recruiting using database, social media, platforms and etc
• Work closely with Hiring Manager to understand business's needs and goals

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of recruiting experiences in hiring for manufacturing facility or warehouse, understand the efficient channel to source blue collar workers
• Full recruiting process management experiences from talent sourcing, interview assessment to offer negotiation
• Able to work under pressure and fast-pasted working environment
• Good communication skills, highly responsible, result-driven

Additional Information:

• Salary - Up to S$6K
• Start Date: Immediate for 6-month, convertible to perm
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Location: 18 Gul Drive, pick up available in Joo Koon
