Responsibilities

  • Recruiting process support, including but not limited to posting job advertisement, coordinating background checks, conducting candidate resume screening, etc.
  • Track candidate pipeline activity in a timely manner and report back to necessary internal stakeholders.
  • Data tracking and monitor data integrity through various trackers and systems, resolve data discrepancies, address and flag report findings to leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyse key recruiting metrics to identify gaps and improvement areas, create reports when needed.
  • Drive process improvement projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams in the region.
  • Present problem finding and providing necessary training support to recruiting teams to ensure continuous improvement.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or similar discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in participating in recruiting operations/projects, focused on recruiting process improvements.
  • Attention to details and ability to navigate ambiguities autonomously.
  • Excellent in execution and operational rigor, able to drive cross-team collaboration.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
