Responsibilities:
- Supervise financial stewardship and governance across Regional Offices.
- Manage day-to-day commercial affairs, ensuring adherence to corporate governance and internal controls.
- Assume responsibility for the financial well-being of Regional Offices, ensuring compliance with corporate reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with Cost Centre Owners to develop precise budgets and forecasts.
- Execute regional recharges and true-up processes.
- Provide insightful analysis of regional office performance.
Key Accountabilities:
- Enhance the quality and efficacy of financial information.
- Ensure accuracy in forecasts and budgets.
- Conduct performance and variance analysis, devising plans to close gaps.
- Continuously improve systems and processes.
- Review monthly reconciliations using Blackline.
- Assess capital requirements and collaborate with Cost Centre Owners to manage capital spending efficiently.
Requirements:
- Possess an Accountancy Degree or professional qualification with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in major ERP and reporting tools such as SAP or M3.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exhibit attention to detail and a meticulous work ethic.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Effective team player with robust organizational and deadline management capabilities.
- Exceptional analytical skills to offer valuable financial insights.
