Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and inspection activities on plant equipment comply to procedures, good engineering practices and cGMP.
  • Lead predictive maintenance programs by collecting data, analyzing, generating report and provide corrective actions to improve equipment performance.
  • Analyze and summarize information and trends for reporting and documentation. Manage the reliability equipment database.
  • Establish equipment reliability standards by studying drawings, data sheet and design specifications; verifying specifications with OEM and Engineering staff; writing and updating reliability/inspection procedures.
  • Monitor the equipment condition and perform root cause failure analysis to improve product quality and equipment reliability.
  • Create feasibility inspection and testing methods, testing properties and equipment monitoring parameters to verify equipment performance.
  • Actively participate in commissioning activities and discuss on improvement/modifications of equipment with vendors/Supervisors/Engineers to support project design and construction.
  • Attend to GRP CoP meetings, technical workshops and professional societies to gain updated professional and technical knowledge.



Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering related qualifications.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experiences in pharmaceutical, chemical, or petrochemical industries.
  • Knowledge of Reliability Maintenance, Right First Time technique and performance base management.
  • Able to handle multiple projects concurrently and possess project management experience
  • Experience with Root Cause Failure Analysis, Equipment Criticality Ranking, PM/PdM optimization, and/or Failure Modes and Effects Analysis
  • Knowledge and understanding of Current Good Manufacturing Practices {part of GxP} is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
