Responsibilities:
- Setting of daily/weekly targets and production/consolidation of Management Information to a sufficient granularity to enable progress tracking
- Definition & reporting of CDD Key risk indicator according to globally agreed principles
- Manages Country Run Rate & Quality along with CDD Resolution Forum - including responsibility for all inputs/outputs and country adherence to CDD Escalation process
- Identifying & managing the resolution of all Country Run Rate blockers/issues with action owners
- Reporting and escalation of key risks, issues and dependencies to senior management via agreed governance model
- Support CDD systems release activities and change related activities as necessary
Requirement:
- Experience in client-facing, relationship management or KYC/on boarding experience within a banking context a definite advantage
- Good communication and presentation skills and a proven ability to operate effectively with middle to senior management within the business and functions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks to challenging deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
- Analytical and structured, process-driven thinker with interest in risk management
- Strong organisational skills
- Good risk and control awareness, proven experience in strengthening controls and identifying potential gaps - an advantage
- Ability to operate across boundaries of business and technology organisations, utilising broad business delivery, change, technology and data management and remediation knowledge
- Proficiency in MS office (excel word power point) applications
