Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various key stakeholders on the contracting requirements to ensure timely execution of the appropriate contracts with customers
- Ensure proper and accurate updating and filing of the contracts including setting up and maintaining the customers and their contract records in various system tools in accordance to established governance
- Perform the necessary due diligence checks on the customers
- Responsible and accountable for various system tools contract customers record data integrity
- Perform system tools testing
- Support Global and Regional projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma in any related fields with at least 2 years' experience in contract administration role
- Organised and attention to details
- Ability to manage workload and project deadlines
- IT Savvy
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
Additional Information:
- Working Location: Innovis; Nearest MRT: One North
- Start Date: Immediate
- Contract Duration: 6 months renewable contract with pro-rated completion bonus
- Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
