Job Responsibilities
- Answer general questions and redirect any misplaced calls
- Leverage procedures, policy manuals, knowledge databases, reference material and etc to assist in answering Employee and Managers' inquiries
- Executives select HR related transactions or escalates issues as needed
- Input data into Workday
- Document all inquiries, issues and transactions
- Participates in continuous improvements workshops and projects
Job Requirements
- Degree in HR or related fields with at least 1+ years of general HR experience or 3+ years of customer support in call centre environment
- Familiar with HR services and processes
- Experience in WorkDay
- Excellent written and verbal in communication skills
- Strong in customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software
- Attention to details and attentive listening skills
Additional Information:
- Working Location: Metropolis Tower (Buona Vista MRT)
- Start Date: within short notice
- Contract Duration: 12 months renewable contract, 1 month completion bonus
- Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm / 8am - 5pm. 9am to 6pm
