Responsibilities:

• Involvement and key dialogue in the overall planning for all Digital and CADCAM Dentistry product campaigns. In particular
• CADCAM hardware, e.g. intraoral scanners, milling machines, 3D printers, materials and associated products (e.g. clear aligners, milling/3D printing consumables), as well as emerging CADCAM technologies.
• Prospecting, demo arrangement, pre-sales follow ups, sales closing. Regularly contact customers within the assigned territory, to inform about current promotional product offers and suggest new products and technologies, utilizing consultative sales techniques.
• Negotiate competitive pricing with customers, within limits or contracts, to achieve the sale. Place customer orders and close sales transactions.
• Attend vendor product training sessions, and learn product details and key selling points of products and technologies.
• Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conventions as required.
• Forward promotional information, including material developed by Marketing, to customers.
• Work with Admin Executive to assist customers in product returns, arranging for merchandise pick-ups, tracking orders, reordering items, resolving pricing discrepancies, inquiries on account balances, or issuing credits.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records in accordance to company standards (using ZOHO CRM).
• Handle inbound customer calls, where required.
• Application specialist and support coaching role with dental clinics and labs to ensure new technologies are understood and fully utilized in the clinic/lab.
• Meeting sales targets for all CAD/CAM Dentistry Products in your portfolio/territory.
• Consultative role with planning and development of CAD/CAM Dentistry sales activities with Sales Manager CAD/CAM and Regional Sales Manager.
• Any other duties and special projects as directed by management in keeping with the employee's skills and experience.
• Meeting deadlines, established goals and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience in a dental sales environment or customer service is a preference. CADCAM experience also is a plus. Network in Dental field in Singapore.
• No formal educational qualifications required, however sales or marketing qualifications would be an asset.
• Industry based sales training would be advantageous.
• Project management & Marketing.
• Knowledge of clinical dental procedures and applications would be highly desirable
• Knowledge of CADCAM equipment would be highly valued.
