Job Responsibilities:

• Generate customers' sales invoices, preparation of sales quotations, annual customers list price update
• Preparation of all necessary outgoing shipping documentations and shipments clearance (CI, PL, DO, letter of credit, certifications from chamber etc.)
• Update and tally payment, invoice, delivery schedules, incoming & outgoing shipment status
• Manage and process day to day customers' orders according to PO
• Liaise with customers for all matters pertaining to their orders, shipments and deliveries
• Liaise with Warehouse and Freight Forwarders to ensure customer's order are being delivered on time

Job Requirements:

• 2 years of working experience in similar role
• Proficient in MS Office and coordination skills
• Good interpersonal skills and supportive
