Job Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate meetings, manage travel arrangements, and prioritize conflicting tasks.
- Submit and track expense claims and disbursements promptly.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the department, including travel arrangements for team members, processing expense and travel claims, and coordinating internal and external meetings and events.
- Maintain proper filing systems and records.
- Assist with other assigned projects, such as vendor management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma, GCE 'A' level,
- At least 3 years of experience in secretarial or executive support roles.
- Discreet and trustworthy with handling confidential information.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
