Job Description:

• Understand business processes, identify business requirements and translate into functional specifications
• Perform SIT and support users for UAT and post-production support
• Assist in tracking and reporting of project progress, issues and risks to ensure deliverables are on track
• Support multiple applications systems and platforms
• Adhere to company, project and support standards and guidelines

Requirements:

• At least 4 years working experience in delivering and supporting IT applications
• Basic knowledge of SQL and writing SQL queries
• Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interested in learning business processes and process re-engineering
• Detail-oriented, not afraid of dealing with numbers and calculations
