Main Tasks
- This position is responsible for developing and implementing interventions to improve the EX (Employee Experience) of the organization and strengthen the organizational culture.
- This position is also responsible for conducting research to find out the best practices in the market and recommend suitable practices to be adopted in our client's company, including creating employee development strategies to improve workplace culture.
Job Description
EX Creation & Implementation
- Establish the strategy and execution plan for a special and sustainable EX in the company
- Champion EX initiatives throughout the entire employee life cycle and reflect it on our HR process and policy
Organization Culture Improvement
- Manage Voice of Employees channels to diagnose and identify any gaps in relation to the organization culture
- Analyze best practices of MNCs and major local companies and continuously improve client's organization culture
- Devise and execute organization culture programs to drive any changes/boost employee engagement
Development Program Curation & Implementation
- Devise human resource development strategy and the development programs aligned with the strategy and learning needs (i.e. curriculum, the concept of session, etc.)
- Develop indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of the programs and monitor the results for application of learning and behavioral change
- Facilitate employee/leadership development programs whenever necessary
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree (preferably Human Resources, Psychology or Management and Organization Behavior)
- Total 3-5 years of culture & engagement, OD & Learning, or change management experiences
- At least 3 years of working experience in large MNCs or ICT or Auto Industry
- Preferably with facilitation/coaching experience
- Open-minded individual who seeks mutual growth with the brand and is eager to develop a unique culture for the client
- Creative and innovative approach in thinking and strategising
- Self-motivated and proactive individual who enjoys experimenting and influence change
- Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships across all levels
- Reliable individual who can work with integrity
- In-depth knowledge in HR trends (culture, EX, employee engagement) and labor legislation
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people from varying cultures across all levels
