• Handle full spectrum of HR duties particularly in recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits
• General HR matters, processing payroll, CPF matters, IR8A
• Prepare contracts and letters to staff
• Recruitment - preparing JDs, advertisement, screening, shortlisting and conduct interview
• Oversee training and development for new and existing staffs
• Organize company events, staff communications and HR improvements projects

Requirements

• At least 3 years of working experience
• Training and Development , audit experiences is a must
