Job Description

  • Maintain and update Company's policies and procedures including the Employee Handbook.
  • Maintain the HR data management system and HR information.
  • Updating of company organization charts.
  • Keep abreast of Government policies, subsidiaries and initiatives.
  • Process foreign work permits and repatriations and maintain procedures to manage and track applications, renewals and expirations.
  • Prepare & submit monthly CPF contributions online.
  • Submission of Yearly IR8A online for all employees.
  • Expatriate taxation and liaison with IRAS for tax clearance.
  • Liaise with outsourced payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll.
  • Collate and review supporting documents for monthly payroll changes.
  • Work closely with the Finance department for processing of payments and expenses.
  • Coordinate with employment agencies on recruitment needs.
  • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
  • Supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process including scheduling of interviews, assisting in the interview process and recommending hiring decisions.
  • Conduct New Hire Orientation and Induction.
  • Administer New Hire Confirmation Appraisals.
  • Conduct resignee exit interviews & administer clearance procedures.
  • Monitor and track manpower needs and records.
  • Oversee employee welfare and benefit plans.
  • Manage yearly insurance renewals and claims.
  • Liaise with group team in London and help facilitate the roll out of group initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
  • Manage and support annual performance appraisals.
  • Assist in employees' training & development plans.



Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years HR experience
  • Familiar with multiple HR disciplines in handling Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Employees Engagement and Business Partnering
