Responsibilities :

• Assist in daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, leave, benefits etc.
• Manage employee relations and implement employee engagement programmes
• Maintain HR database and update employee records
• Co-ordinate performance appraisal cycle
• Assist in staff onboarding
• Plan and organise company events
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Human Resource/Business Administration/Management or related disciplines
• At least 3 years' of relevant work experience, preferably in in retail and service industries

Location

• Ubi- Near MRT
• 5 days week
