My client is a leading Market Research company that has global presence in around 100 countries. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the company's HR function.
Job description:
* Handle day-to-day HR operations of the company
* Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding and offboarding
* Liaise with hiring managers in terms of recruitment function

* Source for trainings programs and coordinate for training sessions
* Manage training calendar and ensure smooth operation of training programmes
* Assist HR Manager in performance management and provide a positive work environment for all employees
* Support in compensation & benefit as well as insurance matters
* Support in compensation & benefit as well as insurance matters
* Apply and renew for work passes
* Support payroll team in ensuring payroll is being processed timely and accurately
* Maintain employee data and records on computer systems
* Lead in employee relations and engagement activities
* Guide and coah team members, interns, and management trainees
Requirements:
* Degree in Human Resource management, Business Studies or equivalent
* Minimum 8 years of relevant HR generalist experience
* Familiar with HR related practices and employment laws in Singapore
