• Will develop, formulate, and strategies trade mix and retail concepts to achieve the desired positioning of the mall to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Will source for tenants, review prospective tenants' concept, recommend, and negotiate lease terms as well as handle all leasing activities, manage existing leases, and tenant relations
• Manage and maintain a strong relationship between landlord and tenant, coordinate with prospects/tenants on leasing matters and documentation and ensure compliance on lease operational matters.
• Other responsibilities such as conduct analysis of tenants' sales performance, work with tenants to improve revenue, preparation of proposals, budgets, monthly reports and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate / Marketing/ Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in shopping mall management and/or retail leasing.
• Understanding of retail concepts, shopping mall leasing procedures, management of operations and trade mix planning
• Knowledge in structuring leasing contracts with strong analytical and negotiation skills
